Board is pre-billed at the beginning of each month and is to be paid no later than the 5th of each month. Partial Months are pro-rated at a daily rate based on a 30-day month. All monthly boarders also receive shared tack room access, and access to 20 minute/day pasture turn -out up to 3x/week.

EuroXiser use does require pre-approval by Horseland manager. Use is limited to certain day/hours of availability.
Additional a la carte services are may be available based upon demand. If you are in need of additional services such as, daily exercise, grooming/bathing services, extra feedings, and/or rehabilitation services, we encourage you to reach out to us for a personalized quote.
All horses need regular farrier and veterinary care. Horseland expects all boarders, trainers and owners to regularly schedule these appointments during regular farm hours and to be present to hold your horses for your respective farrier and/or vet. *If special circumstances arrise and you need emergency assistance we will do our best to help you and or accommodate needs in the best interest of the horse.
